ORDER:-
This Court had issued an interim direction on 14.12.2020, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Sub-Registrar Grade-II in terms of G.O.Ms.No.66, dated 30.01.1991. Thereafter, the petitioner had filed the present contempt case, on the ground that, his case was not being considered.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
