ORDER:
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 07.9.2021, a final seniority list was issued confirming the earlier seniority list, dated 28.7.2021, which is impugned in the writ petition. Hence, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the final seniority list dated 07.9.2021.
Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the final seniority list, dated 07.9.2021. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
