ORDER :
Smt. S.V.Indira, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner filed a letter dated 14.09.2021 before the Registrar(Judicial) stating that her client intends to withdraw this Writ Petition. This request is also reiterated by the learned counsel through video conferencing.
Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending
shall also stand dismissed.
