ORDER:
Smt K.S.G.Padmavathi, learned counsel appearing for Smt R.Annapurna, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner company has been dissolved and no further cause survives.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as
infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
