ORDER :
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel for the respondents.
Sri.C. Raghu appears on behalf of Sri Y. Nagireddy, and submits that respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are prepared to follow the Memo that has been issued. It is further stated that they will issue instructions to the contractor, who employed the petitioners to appoint them in the vacancies of Shift Operators in the sub-station as and when the vacancies arise. In that view of the matter, nothing further survives for adjudication.
The Writ Petition is disposed of noting the submission of the learned Standing counsel.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending
shall also stand dismissed.
