ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned Government Pleader for Services-II.
The learned Government Pleader for Services-II appears and submits that the appointment orders have been issued to the petitioner.
Noting the said submission of the learned Government Pleader for Services-II, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
