This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India, seeking the following relief:

“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the Respondents in treating the Petitioner’s Vendors land as Assigned/ Prohibited Land as illegal, null, void, arbitrary, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice and declare the impugned orders bearing Ref No. 2/2021, dated 07.06.2021, Ref.No.3/2021, dated 07.06.2021 and Ref.No.4/2021, dated 12.06.2021 of the 2^nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, null and void and consequently direct the 2^nd respondent to receive and register the Sale Deed executed in favour of the Petitioners dated 03.06.2021 presented by the petitioner’s vendor for land admeasuring 122.22 Sq.yds out of land admeasuring Ac. 5.40 cents in Sy.No.2042/2, situated in Mysurevaripalle Gram Panchayat, Kodur Village and Mandal, Kadapa District and pass such other orders...”

Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration submitted that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.17675 of 2020, dated 30.09.2020.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the order in Writ Petition No.17675 of 2020, dated 30.09.2020. No costs.
