4.	01.02.2022	MSM, J I.A.No.1 of 2021 This petition is filed to reopen the Contempt Case No. 1656 of 2021 in W.P. No.16320 of 2020 by setting aside the order dated 21.10.2021. The main contention urged in this petition is that the Contempt Case is closed on the ground that the Division Bench of High Court of Andhra Pradesh granted stay in Writ Appeal No. 623 of 2021, but the contention of the petitioner is that only limited stay was granted and it is being extended from time to time and as on date, it is in operation. Therefore, closure of the Contempt Case on the ground that the matter is stayed by Division Bench is not in accordance with the law and requested to recall the order. Undisputedly, initial interim order was granted for two weeks; later, it was extended from time to time as on date, it was not made absolute during the pendency of the Writ Appeal. Therefore, it is appropriate to recall the order dated 21.10.2021 passed by this Court in Contempt Case No. 1656 of 2021 in Writ Petition No. 16320 of 2020 as the order was passed on the premise that interim stay granted during the pendency of the Writ Appeal. Hence, the order is recalled. List this Contempt case after four (4) weeks.
