ORDER:
When the matter was called on 25.10.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Since it is an old matter of the year 2014, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’ on 11.11.2021. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending for consideration, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
