ORDER:
The petitioner has approached this Court questioning the action of respondents not trying to interfere with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of an extent of Ac.339.5 sq.yards in Sy.No.42 part of Chimalapalli village, Porlupalem Panchayat, Pendurti Mandal, Visakhapatnam District.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
