ORDER:
Sri S. Satyanarayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Collector-respondent No.2 in compliance of the directions of this Court has passed proceedings bearing Rc.No.A3/39/2018 dated 26.06.2021, which has been received by the petitioner he has also joined duty today.
In view of the compliance of the directions of this Court, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
