ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the Writ Petition, the petitioner’s authorization was cancelled and the same was the subject matter in W.P.No.15280 of 2016 and no cause survives for adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous as no cause survives for adjudication.

stand closed.
