ORDER:
This contempt case is filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 31.12.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25623 of 2020.
Both the learned counsel state that the order complained of is implemented by proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 28.11.2021 and the contempt case may be closed.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
