Ms. Kiranmayee, learned counsel, submits that she has been instructed not to press the appeal. She also submits that Mr. K. Ramamohan, learned counsel for the appellant, had addressed an undated letter (issued in the month of August, 2021) to the Registrar (Judicial) along with a letter submitted by the appellant for withdrawal of the appeal.
