JUDGMENT : (per UDPR,J)
When the matter was called on 27.01.2021, there was no representation for the appellant, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’.
2. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant has no interest in prosecuting the M.A.C.M.A.
3. Hence, the M.A.C.M.A is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending for
consideration, if any, shall stand closed.
