When the matter was called on 27.01.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’.
2. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the Civil Revision Petition.
3. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending for
consideration, if any, shall stand closed.
