The record reveals that as per order dated 23.11.2021 passed in Criminal Petition No.6476 of 2021, the High Court has extended the time for completion of trial till the end of February, 2022. Thereafter, in Criminal Revision Case No.104 of 2022, which was filed by the prosecution, the said period for completion of trial has been finally extended till 31.03.2022 by this Court. Therefore, as the time was already extended in the above Criminial Revision Case, as per order dated 15.03.2022, the letters addressed by the learned |
