ORDER:-
Sri M. Vakula, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused was enlarged on default bail before the Court below and charge sheet is also filed. Hence, time this criminal petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
