ORDER:
Sri S. Appadhar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court had been complied with and all the petitioners have been given orders of appointment by promotion/transfer.
Sri kirthy Teja, learned counsel appearing for Sri Ravi Kondaveeti admits that such orders of appointment have been issued.
Accordingly the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
