CONTEMPT CASE No.494 OF 2021
ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 states that the order dated 21.09.2020, passed by this Court in W.P.No.16894 of 2020, wherein a direction was given to the respondents to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner, by passing appropriate orders, is complied with and the proceedings in this regard are issued to the petitioner vide Rc.No.385/SRDS/2021 dated 22.03.2021.
Recording the contents of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the respondents and the submissions now made by him, the contempt case is closed.
Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the petition shall stand closed.
