The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance and violation of the orders, dated 30-07-2020 in W.P.No.12727 of 2020 wherein this Court disposed of the said Writ Petition, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner for considering the mining lease to an area of 25.910 hectares in Sy.No.523 of Kotapadu Village, Kolimigundla Mandal, Kurnool District and pass appropriate orders on the application made by the son of the petitioner, as per rules within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
