Order:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court passed in WP No.25665 of 2015, dated 14.08.2015.
The said Writ Petition was filed to declare the action of the fourth respondent in refusing to receive and process the document for registration in respect of the lands to an extent of Ac.5-00 cents in Survey No.56-2 of Akkampet village, Tada Mandal, SPSR Nellore district and insisting ‘No objection Certificate’ and ‘clarification’ from the revenue authorities as illegal and arbitrary and the same was disposed of on 14.08.2015 observing as follows.
“Since the petitioner has not made any such application before the District Collector as stated by the learned Government Pleader, liberty is given to the petitioner to make an application before the 2nd respondent seeking ‘No Objection Certificate’ in terms of G.O.Ms.No.307, dated 06.06.2013, and if such an application is received, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same taking into consideration the report of Tahsildar, and if he satisfies himself that the land belongs to the petitioner and comes under Ex-serviceman quota, if permissible, pass appropriate orders expeditiously, keeping in view that the petitioner is 73 years old.”
Counter affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that pursuant to the directions of this Court, an endorsement dated 31.10.2015 was issued rejecting the request of the petitioner for issuance of ‘No objection Certificate’, hence the orders of this Court have been complied with.
In view of the same, there is no violation of the orders passed in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending
in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
