Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court passed in WP No.3279 of 2019, dated 13.03.2019.

The said Writ Petition was filed to declare the action of the respondents 3 and 4 therein in including the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.2.83 cents situated in Survey No.735/2 of Podili village and Mandal, Prakasam district in the prohibitory list under Section 22-A of the Stamps and Registration Act, as arbitrary and illegal and the same was disposed of by this Court on 13.03.2019 giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation setting forth his grievances and if such a representation is filed, the third respondent therein was directed to consider the same with reference to all the records and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

In the affidavit filed in support of the Contempt Case, it is stated that pursuant to the directions in the Writ Petition, petitioner made a representation on 04.09.2019 and that the respondent herein issued notice on 30.10.2019 for conducting enquiry, but no orders are passed on the said representation till now.

Counter affidavit is filed by the respondent stating, inter alia, that the petitioner appeared before the respondent on 24.09.2019 pursuant to the notice and at their request the enquiry was postponed to 27.11.2019 and on that day the petitioner and the Executive Officer of the Temple attended the enquiry along with records and after hearing both the sides, the Commissioner issued proceedings dated 10.01.2020 rejecting the claim of the petitioner and the same was communicated to the petitioner
