Heard counsel for the Petitioner as well as Government Pleader for Revenue.

Originally, Writ Petition No. 37387 of 2018 came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of Respondent No. 3 in not disposing of the application of the Petitioner, dated 22.07.2018, for conducting survey of land admeasuring Ac.0.25 cents in Survey No. 291-8C, situated at Thimmareddipalem Village, Lingasamudram Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary.

By an Order, dated 12.10.2018, this Court disposed of the Writ Petition directing the 3^rd Respondent to consider the representation, dated 22.07.2018, by taking into consideration the circulars issued by the Government from time-to-time, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the said date. Inaction on the part of the 3^rd Respondent lead to filing of Contempt Case No.126 of 2019.

By an Order, dated 22.01.2021, this Court closed the Contempt Case No.126 of 2019 with a direction to Government Pleader for Revenue to furnish a copy of the

survey report. As no survey report was furnished, the present Contempt Case came to be filed.

At the time, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that a survey was conducted in the month of October 2018 itself. A copy of the same was furnished to the Counsel for the Petitioner.

In view of the above, it cannot be said that there was any willful or deliberate violation of the Order. Accordingly, the present Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the Petitioner to assail the said report, if he otherwise intends to. No order as to costs.

1. Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
