Contempt Case No.1786 of 2021
ORDER:
Respondents 1 to 3 appeared in person.
Both the counsel state that the orders of this Court complained of are complied with by giving fair price shop authorization in favour of the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents further submits that if the petitioner fulfills the conditions of the authorization by paying trade deposit and other challans, she would be supplied essential commodities to distribute the same to the card holders without having any grudge against the petitioner for having approached this Court.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel and on perusal of the material record, this Court found that the respondents have not violated the orders of this Court much less willfully and deliberately.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
