ORDER:-
The present Contempt Case came to be filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for willful and deliberate violation of the Order, dated 12.11.2010, passed in W.P.No.7556 of 2006, wherein the Court disposed of the writ petition in terms of the judgment in W.P.No.8665 of 1995 and batch. In other words, the grievance of the petitioners with regard to payment of revised pay scales, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.235 Finance and Planning (Fin.Wing PRC.1) Department, dated 17.09.1979, was directed to be implemented.
