ORDER:-
The present Contempt Case came to be filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for willful and deliberate violation of the Common Order, dated 16.07.2015, passed in W.P.Nos.18334 of 2000 and 20711 of 2003, wherein the Court passed the following order, which reads as under:
“For the aforesaid reasons, the Principal Secretary, Higher Education, is hereby directed to consider the case of the petitioner in W.P.No.20711 of 2003 (N.Uma Lakshmi) in the available grant-in-aid post in third respondent college duly considering the seniority as determined by the Director of Collegiate Education. If there are more than one post, the petitioner in W.P.No.18334 of 2000 (Dr. V. Chandra Kumar) shall also be considered for grant-in-aid post as per the seniority determined by the Director of Collegiate Education”.
that the request of the individual, for absorption to grant-inaid post was considered and rejected and the same was communicated to the petitioner through the Correspondent of the College, vide proceedings dated 21.12.2018. It is further stated in the counter that the Jawahar Bharathi Degree College, Kavali, SPSR Nellore District has voluntarily surrendered their grant-in-aid, in the form of surrendering all duly sanctioned aided posts and existing aided teaching and

non-teaching staff to the Government, which was accepted vide G.O.Rt.No.225 dated 01.09.2021.
