ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of respondent 2 on the petitioners representations dated 30.08.2020, 05.09.2020, 10.10.2020, 12.12.2020, 25.01.2021 and 15.02.2021 submitted for survey/demarcation and fixation of boundaries for her site a total extent of Ac.1-40 cents Covered by Survey No.11/4 for an extent of Ac.0-11 cents S.No.11/5 for an extent of Ac.0-35 cents S.No.11/6 for an extent of Ac.0-37 cents S.No.11/7 for an extent of Ac.0-23 cents S.No.11/8 for extent of Ac.0-23 cents and S.No.11/9 for an extent of Ac.0-11cents in Talarivanipalem village under Sabbavaram S.R.0 and also a total extent of Ac.1-75 covered by Survey No 99 khata/patta No 149 in the village Aganampudi all in Gajuwaka Mandal under Visakhapatnam district as illegal irregular irrational and amounts to non discharge of legal obligation conferred on them under the provisions of Survey and Boundaries Act 1923 and offends Article 14 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to conduct survey and fix boundaries for the said site”
Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.14073 of 2021 dated 26.07.2021.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order in W.P.No.14073 of 2021 dated 26.07.2021. No costs.
The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the order in W.P.No.14073 of 2021 dated 26.07.2021 to this order.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
