Being aggrieved by the in-action of the respondents on the representations dated 01.10.2020 and 08.10.2020 submitted by the petitioner requesting to stop constructions in the land admeasuring Ac.1.85 cents in S.No.94-C of Chilakaluripet Municipality, which is allotted to burial ground, this writ petition, in the form of a public interest litigation, has been filed.
After hearing counsel for the petitioner, the Government Pleaders and the standing counsel for the respondents, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition as under:
