Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the appellants states that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the order dated 07.10.2020 passed in W.A.No.305 of 2020.
Learned counsel for the respondents has not disputed the said fact and conceded that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the aforesaid order.
In view of the same, we dispose of this writ appeal in terms of the order dated 07.10.2020 passed in W.A.No.305 of 2020. It is made clear that the directions issued in the said order would apply mutatis mutandis to this case. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
