Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayatraj representing respondent Nos.1, 2 and 5, Sri V.V. Prabhakara Rao, learned Standing Counsel representing respondent No.3, learned Government Pleader for Revenue representing respondent No.4 and Sri I. Koti Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, representing respondent No.6 and with their consent and without going to the merits of the case and having regard to the nature of the prayer, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner is resident of Velagalapalli H/o. Pragadavaram Gram Panchayat. The submission on behalf of petitioner by his learned counsel is that the villagers of Velagalapalli Village have submitted a representation dated 20.11.2019 to the Government making a request to include six villages namely Velagalapalli, Fathimapuram, Jargipeta, Mariyannapeta (Mettagudem), Sriramapuram and Venkampalem villages in the Gram Panchayat of Chinthalapudi Nagara Panchayat or constitute them into a separate Gram Panchayat for the reasons mentioned in the representation. However the said representation has not so far been considered. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that in view of the impending elections for Gram Panchayats, direction may be issued to the respondent No.6 to consider their request and pass suitable orders.

3. Perused the copy of the representation dated 20.11.2019. In view of the above submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of and respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation dated 20.11.2019 of the petitioner and other villagers of Velagalapalli Village and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
