ORDER:
Heard Banda Prasada Rao, learned counsel for petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition representing the respondents.
2. The petitioner’s case is that out of Ac.1.78 cents of his land in Sy.No.391/1A/3A of Sanjeev Nagar Thanda, Siddapur Mazara Village, Atmakur Mandal, Kurnool District the respondent authorities have acquired Ac.1.28 cents vide proceedings in Rc.No.K.154/07 dated 18.04.2008 by paying compensation. However, the possession of land is still with the petitioner as the respondent authorities have not launched the project of construction of the houses for weaker sections for which the land was acquired. Learned counsel would submit that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 18.12.2019 to respondents 2 & 3 to re-allot the acquired land to him and the said representation is pending for consideration and no order has been passed yet.
4. A perusal of the copy of the representation shows that the petitioner submitted the representation on 18.12.2019.
5. In that view, without going into the merits of petitioner’s representation, 2nd respondent is directed to consider the aforesaid representation and pass an appropriate order strictly in accordance

with law within three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
