O R D E R :
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5. Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
Learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 5 submits that a final order in the disciplinary proceedings has been passed dismissing the petitioner from service. Therefore, he submits that there is no surviving cause of action in the present writ petition.
This Court notices that the proceedings dated 18.10.2019 are challenged in the writ petition. As a final order is stated to have been passed, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the final order of suspension on all the legal grounds which he is advised. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
