This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 06.12.2019 petitioner as per the G.Os, Circulars, Memos and guidelines and promote the petitioner from the post of Anganwadi helper to the post of Anganwadi worker of Pedalakaluru Village.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appears for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

Learned Government Pleader furnished written instructions to this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that on 04.02.2020, the 4^th respondent forwarded the proposal to the 2^nd respondent suggesting that the petitioner has necessary qualification etc., to be appointed. He submits that since then no orders have been issued. The copy of written instructions filed by the learned Government Pleader shows that the 4^th respondent again stated in writing that the petitioner is entitled to be appointed, as there is a vacancy in the post of Anganwadi worker in the very same village. The written instructions state that the Collector and District Magistrate also approved the proposal; and only the approval of respondent Nos.2 and 3 is pending for appointment of the petitioner as Anganwadi worker.

In view of the fact that there is no dispute about the qualification or eligibility of the petitioner and as the respondent

Nos.1 and 4 have already given their approval for the said post; this Court is of the opinion that this Writ Petition itself can be disposed off, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment in line with the approval given by the other respondents within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
