THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU WRIT PETITION No.3758 of 2020
ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after 17.09.2019 (impugned order), final order, dated 16.10.2019, has been served on the petitioner. She further submits that her client is not aware of the order dated 16.10.2019 and that the same was also not served. In that view of the matter, without any prejudice to her rights and contentions, learned counsel submits that she wishes to challenge the so-called final order dated 16.10.2019 and seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.
Accordingly, in view of the stand taken by learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the so-called final order dated 16.10.2019. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
