ORDER :
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 3 to 6 in not continuing the petitioner as a Senior Mate, despite the letter dated 14.05.2019, as illegal.
Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 3,4 and 6 states that the petitioner is not stopped for attending duties and that in fact, he has joined duties on 10.02.2020. Basing on the written instructions, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner was allowed to rejoin duties on 10.02.2020. A copy of the written instructions was also given to learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj representing the respondents 1 and 2 are also present.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has rejoined duties and he is allowed to continue to work from 10.02.2020, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue his remedies for any other reliefs in case if he is so advised.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
