ORDER:
This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, questioning the impugned notice bearing Rc.No.109/2020/SA, dt.27-01-2020 issued under the provisions of Madras Act 3 of 1905 in respect of petitioner’s land of an extent of Ac.2.04 cents in R.S.Nos.129 and 131 of Guddigudem Village, Gopalapuram Mandal, West Godavari District, and declare the same as illegal and arbitrary, consequently set aside the same.
At the stage of admission, leaned counsel for petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue fairly conceded that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dt.04-02-2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21386 of 2020.
Since the dispute is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 04-02-2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21386 of 2020, this Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of order in W.P.No.21386 of 2020, dt.04-02-2020. There shall be no order as to costs.
Registry is directed to annex copy of Order in W.P.No.21386 of 2020, dt.04-02-2020 along with this Order.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
