ORDER:
This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus , questioning the action of respondents 2 to 4 in seeking to distribute the land in Sy.No.99 to an extent of Rs.25.75 cents, situated in Gangarajupuram Village, Railway Kodur Mandal, Kadapa District, by way of house sites to non-local people, and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents not to change the nature and distribute the land in Sy.No.999 to an extent of Ac.25.75 cents situated in Gangarajupuram Village, Railway Kodur Mandal, Kadapa District.
At the stage of admission, leaned counsel for petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue fairly conceded that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dt.06-02-2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1912 of 2020.
Since the dispute is covered by the judgment of this Court, dated 06-02-2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1912 of 2020, this Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of order in W.P.No.1912 of 2020, dt.06-02-2020. There shall be no order as to costs.
The Registry is directed to annex the copy of Order W.P.No.1912 of 2020, dt.06-02-2020 along with the Order in this Writ Petition.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
