ORDER:
This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the show cause notices in ROC No.224/2019/CS, dt.06-01-2020 followed by ROC No.224/2019/CS, dt.18-01-2020 are illegal and beyond the scope of Act, without opportunity of being heard, contrary to A.P. Encroachment Act and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently suspend the operation of above said show cause notices in respect of Sy.No.308/1 to an extent of Ac.2.26 cents, situated in Pedauppalam Village, S.Rayavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District.
At the stage of admission, leaned counsel for petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue fairly conceded that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dt.30-01-2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1675 of 2020.
Since the dispute is covered by the judgment of this Court, dated 30-01-2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1675 of 2020, this Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of order in W.P.No.1675 of 2020, dt.30-01-2020. There shall be no order as to costs.
The Registry is directed to annex the copy of Order in W.P.No.1675 of 2020, dt.30-01-2020 along with this Order.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
