ORDER:
This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, questioning the action of respondents in trying/intending to assign part of the cart track/Kalibata (puntha land) of an extent of Ac.0.55 cents, Ac.1.40 cents, Ac.0.75 cents, Ac.1.10 cents, Ac.1.25 cents, Ac.1.02 cents Ac.0.85 cents, Ac.0.62 cents and Ac.0.01 cents in Sy.Nos.203, 237, 258, 270, 271, 273, 274, 311-2, 312-1A of Pekeru Village, Irigavaram Mandal, West Godavari District as house sites, and declare the same as illegal and to issue a consequential direction to the respondents not to allot/assign the cart track to third parties.
At the stage of admission, leaned counsel for petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri I.Koti Reddy, Standing Counsel for Panchayats appearing for Respondent No.5 fairly conceded that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dt.04-02-2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1065 of 2020.
Since the dispute is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 04-02-2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1065 of 2020, this Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of order in W.P.No.1065 of 2020, dt.04-02-2020. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
