ORDER:
This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed, questioning the oral proceedings in Rs.No.19/1A and 20/1A by respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from their properties in an extent of Ac.1-40 cents at Bhimadole village and Mandal, West Godavari District under Land Acquisition Act, on the ground of ‘Government lands’ and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A and 21 of the Constitution of India.
