ORDER :
This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in attempting to dispossess the petitioners from an extent of Ac.1-60 cents of agricultural land in RS.No.503/1, situated in I.S.Raghavapuram village, Dwaraka Tirumala Mandal, West Godavari District, and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A & 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently requested to issue a direction to the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land.
At the stage of admission, both the leaned counsel, fairly conceded that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 31.01.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1312 of 2020.
In view of the representation made by learned counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of order dated 31.01.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1312 of 2020. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
