THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.1469 OF 2020
ORDER :
Sri Krishna Rao Modalavalasa, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Permission is accorded as sought for.
