This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed, questioning the action of respondents in attempting to demolish house construction in S.No.476/15 and 475 bearing assessment No.1574 with D.No.7-158-171 of Ravipadu Panchayat, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, without issuing any notice or prior intimation by Narasaraopet Municipality, declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice, consequently direct respondents not to demolish house bearing No.7-158-171 of Ravipadu Panchayat, Narasaraopet, Guntur District.

Though the petitioner made serious allegations against respondents in attempting to demolish the building bearing No. 7- 158-171 of Ravipadu Panchayat, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, the truth or otherwise in those allegations is not required to be adjudicated by this Court, in view of submission made by Standing Counsel for Municipalities that they will follow due process of law to take steps, in accordance with law for violations, if any. Therefore, recording the submission of learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities, respondents are directed not to demolish the subject house, except by following due process of law, prescribed under Municipalities Act.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission. There shall be no costs.
