ORDER :
Heard Sri B.S.Venkata Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioner invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has made a prayer restraining respondent No.4 from illegally dispossessing him from peaceful possession over the land in Sy.No.20 of an extent of Ac.4.45 cents situated at Busaiahgaripalli Village, Somandepalli Mandal, Ananthapuramu District.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being threatened by respondent No.4 regarding his dispossession from the land in question without initiating any process of law.
In view of the nature of relief sought for in the Writ Petition, learned Government Pleader for Revenue has agreed for disposal of the Writ Petition with an observation that the petitioner may not be disturbed from his peaceful possession without following due process of law.
Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the respondents not to disturb the petitioner from the land in question without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous application, if any, shall stand closed.
