It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently he has uploaded the case twice and the same were numbered as W.P.Nos.11607 of 2020 and the present writ petition i.e., W.P.11626 of 2020. Therefore, he requests this court to permit him to withdraw this writ petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. No order as to costs.
