ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not issuing dispatch e-permits to the application of the petitioner dated 18.06.2020 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Rule 34 of the A.P. Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966.
According to the petitioner, online application dated 18.06.2020 was made seeking permission for dispatching minor minerals from the leased area, but no action has been taken on the said application.
In such view of the matter, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 18.06.2020 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed
of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
