ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not registering FIR against respondents 4 and 5 basing on the complaint of petitioner dated 04.01.2020, as illegal, arbitrary, abuse of power and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to register FIR against the respondents 4 and 5 basing on the petitioner’s complaint dated 04.01.2020 and pass such other order.”
At the stage of admission, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents fairly conceded that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order dated 30.07.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8384 of 2020 and batch.
Since the dispute is covered by the order dated 30.07.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8384 of 2020 and batch, this Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the said order. No costs.
