ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, questioning the action of respondent No.4 in not registering F.I.R. against respondent No.5 on the Complaint dated 24-04-2020 submitted by the petitioner under S.C & S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondent No. 4 to register FIR against respondent No.5 on the complaint dated 24-04-2020.
At the stage of admission, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondent, fairly conceded that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 30.07.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8384 of 2020 and batch.
Since, the dispute is covered by the order of this Court dated 30.07.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8384 of 2020 and batch, this Writ petition is disposed of, in terms of the said order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
