ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from his lands admeasuring Ac.0.73 cents, Ac.0.43 cents and Ac.1.26 cents in Sy.Nos.559/4, 559/5 and 559/6 respectively, situated at Kalroadpalli Village, Chandragiri Mandal, as illegal and arbitrary.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
